They didn’t overturn the call because apparently the review wasn’t if it was a foul or not, it was because they didn’t know there was time left. So they couldn’t review it then say it was no foul.

Okay I know this was a bad call but they didn't go to replay to look at the foul they were looking at if the contact occured before the time expired. The only way the could've changed the call is if it was challenged but the Knicks didn't have a challenge left.
