It looks like the ref is telling Gary that hitting his arm alone is not a foul and the player would have to swing his arm. Am I crazy? Looks like dude is whilin
This missed call and the one where Boucher made absolutely zero contact under the basket and got hit with the foul stuck out as decisions that professional referees straight up cannot make.

There were at least 3 blatant calls in favor of the Suns that could have swung the game. Officials have way too much power.
