  2. One of the big difference as I've pointed out from Udoka's season, he did nothing to develop young players which was wrong. Mazzulla tried to develop Hauser LY but team too stacked in back court and PP had to take a back seat & destroyed his confidence. If it wasn't Brogdon's late injury in the playoffs and some rookie coach mistakes they should have been in the finals.

Now, under the right roster & circumstances, Mazzulla did an excellent job this year to develop young players in a deliberate & methodological way. Then of course, the players also deserved credit to work on and improved their games esp with Hauser on doing other things while PP is put into more of a PG role with one of the Js on bench.

  3. I like Joe. Right guy for the game that we try and play. Good call Brad. It smells like the hard work is paying dividends..

  4. Joe has done a great job instilling an identity. He’s got a lot out of the stars while keeping them fresh and at the same time giving every other player on the roster big moments and building their skill and confidence at the same time.
