It’s remarkable how well they play for a team that barely had two weeks of preparation, out of which, Giannis couldn’t participate much due to his recovery schedule.
Coach Spanoulis (aka Kill Bill) is doing a masterful job implementing a very fluid offense with three non-shooters on the court, and a hellacious defense.
I love that coach VSpan even took a couple of plays from coach Bartzokas (arguably the best coach in Euroleague) and Olymbiacos BC. Overall, the Greek NT film should be a treasure trove of information for Doc and the rest of the coaching staff.
I wish they would throw the bag at him to join the staff as an assistant because in a couple of years it would be impossible to hire him as such, as he will defenitely be leading one of the major Euroleague clubs by then.
