Several past Saints players need to form a group to purchase the team after Mrs Benson is gone, to keep the team in New Orleans IN PERPETUITY! Drew Brees, Devery Henderson, Marques Colston, Jimmy Graham, Pierre Thomas, Lance Moore, Duece McAllister, Reggie Bush….and throw in Alvin Kamara!

This guy is Houston. If he were to buy the SAINTS, he would move the team to Texas.

I don't want another Houston owner like John Mecom, and he could move the team to San Antonio or Austin whose economic development is beyond overpowering vis a vis Louisiana and New Orleans. Decades of work there while we slept and fought each other. As an aside, that Texas/Austin wealth will also set the University of Texas up well for dominating the SEC. Just a first blush reaction.

I believe that one thing is certain, as long as Gayle Benson owns the Saints, New Orleans will never play in another Superbowl. The Superdome is always sold out regardless of win-loss record, and they have the TV contracts. She's making the same revenue with a losing team as she would with a winner. So, Saints fans, as long you're satisfied, She's satisfied.
