I agree with the divguy. Who question kids coaching. Why arent rhe mavs running plays why isnt there more player movement. We give teams the same Look everytime we come up the court. Which is iso from the top of the key after a pick. Or the double screen action up top . Why doesnt klay run off staggers every other play to draw attention away from the ball handler and to make the defense have to focus on other things other than the person with the ball. Luka gets doubled more than anyone and we can never score because players sit in corners and they never cut to the basket. Never a new loook its the same bland offense and teams are gonna catch on to it. Luka is good enough to bail kidd out but he needs to add a few new actions to rhe offense its crazy how we do the sams thing every time. Smh

The Mavs have a leadership problem. It started when they blew off preseason. At no time has Kidd, Luka, or Kyrie acted like winning was a priority. They’ve won games on pure skills. They blew off too many early games. Kidd is far too passive to be a great head coach. Luka started the season off terribly for him. Kyrie has been disappointing in Luka’s absence. Injuries would not be a problem if leadership wasn’t so lackadaisical. This team is too good to be in this place. Winning is a mindset that the Mavs haven’t had this season.

I was encouraged that we hung 122 on them. I can’t get mad with no Luka and Kyrie but the Portland loss and the Sacramento loss both being winnable games looks way worse now.
