Myles is right! I was a picky eater at the time but my mom convinced me that while we’re in Paris— that’s the best time to try it the time to try it. It tastes kind of like mushroom in flavor and texture. Really it tastes like whatever it is seasoned with. Surprisingly good.
People are calling out the pasta answer, but Paris has fantastic food across the board. We had the best pizza and pasta weve ever had at Pizza Caratellos while in Paris.
