"Heat Culture" is just trying harder than most teams and eventually losing from lack of talent and getting burned-out. It then gives the illusion that no further moves need to be made because this so-called culture will win games on its own. Then the cycle repeats.

Heat culture is not a thing. It's just how Pat Riley runs a team. Whether it's a good move or bad Heat culture dictates, you still have to kiss Rileys ass. Cos in the end, he will continue to get paid highly while you rot on a bench and / or get overworked because Pat wants it thst way.
