Luka might’ve been the face of the team but Kyrie was always the leader.
Mavs are going to be a huge problem for teams in the West because they're gonna get healthy and when they do, they will be hitting on all cylinders and they will make noise in the playoffs. Fans really need to look at this Mavs team before the Luka trade and after the trade because thats whats important. They're faster, athletic, physical, and playing as a team put there which is why I believe that this team can get to the playoffs and actually going further than what people actually believe.
I'm a neutral fan of the game but mavs fan should enjoy this new style of play. Kyrie without a back seat role is elite. One of my fav players ever. Mavs are exciting!

It's easy to win when everyone touches the ball versus when someone dribbles it for 15 to 20 seconds and then passes when he'd nowhere to go.

Man, if Kyrie gets injured the Mavs will be absolutely cooked. Love seeing them working as a unit now, but there's still way too much of a reliance on Kyrie to carry them offensively. With the amount of minutes he's seeing each game, I worry that they're going to run him into the ground eventually
