On VO everything depends on the contract. He was a great player must of all a great defender witch is what the Heat needs,however his durability is a question mark but he should be a very good back up, again depending on his contract

Tanking nets us 2 1st round pics this year but we loose two future 1st round pics. That's two pics for 3 by not making the playoffs. If we make the playoffs we keep Warriors pick next year and two future 1st round picks we can use in a trade along with Wiginns and say Jovic and land us a star to put next to Bam and Herro.
