The Cavs should be topic #1 because they almost fit your usual champion requirements but don't.
Donovan Mitchell isn't around a top 5 player and won't be. That has been a requirement since 2004 to win, but he is top 10…….
2nd and 4th option are an early 2000's 4 and 5 (I personally think Allen needs to go in order for them to win. Mobley's breakout was when Allen was out and both are true centers, but he's so good that you need something very very valuable in return in order to actually make it worth it.)
Those questions should be talked about. Because they're fun and this team could actually do it. They're close enough, and Allen and Mobley are potentially good enough to break the trend. How is that less of a story than lying about Bronny's G league stats ESPN?
