I don't want KD, the cost will be too high with players and picks. I also don't trust Zion's health issues. I think it's more difficult now to scope out the league for suitable players to trade for that won't include Ware and Herro.

If Phoenix really wants to blow it up KD is not the player Miami should be targeting. Devin Booker would work. Buy out his crazy contract and Bradley Beall is a better option too.
KD in a 3 team trade with Duncan and Rozier and the main trading chips with Jaime as a sweetener if need be.
