On dirty plays, the question is always “intention”. He had no reason to do that except to injure. The ball was out of bounds unlike if there was a loose ball and players are running to it you could argue he was preventing Luka from getting to the ball but in this case, the ball was clearly side out.

And people wonder why Luka gets mad and complains so much. That is a flagrant for sure. I feel like he gets to much heat for questioning the refs on their poor calls or lack of calls.
