As wild as it sounds there is a path to get Giannis and KD plus keep Herro.
1. Giannis would need to make it clear in that meeting he wants to go to MIA. Then Mia could offer Bam-Robinson-Ware and two 1st for Giannis.
2. KD makes it clear as well he wants to join Giannis in MIA. Then they can get into a three team trade. In this example it’s with the Hornets. Mia gets KD. Hornets get Wiggins and JJJ. Pho gets Salaun, expiring contracts of Nurkic, Rozier (46 mill off the books when expired) a 1st from MIA and a 1st from Charlotte.
That would leave a line up of Mitchelle-Herro-KD-Giannis-???. Mia would just need to find a center with MLE in FA.
