and prepared as they attempt to take a two nothing lead against the visiting team which heroes will rise the NBA playoffs start now the NBA playoffs continue just two teams remain they are battling their way toward this title game two of the finals this is Kevin Harland alongside Clark Kellogg and Greg Anthony da will join us tonight on the sideline now the starting group for the visitors Durant is out there with LeBron James it’s Michael Jordan and it’s Curry and it’s O’Neal in at the five big Daddy is out there with Williams and there’s Mr moves then there’s Mr incredible and it’s Watson in at the three they’ve overcome a number of challenges just to get here now down one game to none greg they face a huge hurdle and you know what i think they learned a lot in game one playing against the best the league has to offer they know they have to make some adjustments keep everyone involved and they have to hit the open shots they’re given you were talking about the adjustments before i agree curry with outside KD o’neal sets the screen for KD a floater shaq can’t hit man I can’t believe he blew that gimme guys well I know he’s frustrated about that mr moves misses you can’t look at the result of that shot they’ll take that whenever they get it well you know I hear you that’s a good look but when you’re that wide open I think you got to knock it down there’s Big Daddy and there’s good so a chance here for a three-point play pretty good display of strength by Jordan there absorbing contact and still able to nail the shot and he’s got his first chance at the line here chad and he makes the first look the physicality has always stood out with LeBron it’s been obvious but his basketball IQ is what makes him such a special special player i mean he sees the game like very hallebertton picks him up the second effort and he drops in the layup off the glass gil Alexander’s got six and how about the energy from SGA and he gets after it on the backboard as well now Hallebertton and here’s LeBron outside that ball nice feet that time from Hallebertton hallebertton’s got five assists in the game three minutes of action so far in the second quarter julius Alexander finds and you know teams are going to be physical with but he’s aggressive and boy he plays with passion this is his first free throw of the game two shots free throw drops for Homegrren and something I like about Homegrrim is his ability to run the floor a sevenfooter who can get up the court in a hurry and get to the rim before the knee gets set [Applause] both shots good from the strike and it’s been a really good day for him at the line some other bigs have well doumented problems on their free throws he’s not one of them here’s Turner and it’s slammed in by Turner does a nice job at capitalizing in the screen and roll i mean Turner’s IQ and size tough to contain when he’s rolling to the basket now here’s Giddy hasn’t made one yet homerren and the dunk by Homegrren that instant response to try to throw down on his team it just gets them fired up and that’s the result they launch an assault on the basket i think the stakes just got raised a little bit here’s LeBron seven points in the game off the mark from 16 ft out homegrren against Alberta homegrren gets the bucket homegrren’s got eight points i’m encouraged watching Homer finish through contact because it’s something he’s going to have to do consistently here’s James passes and here’s the fast break hold leading the way and that’s how to make an impact with defense once the steal is made you know they’re for him tonight over 7 ft big quick hands shaq is a one of one type of player here’s Mr moves to the middle boom he changes three time and he can do a lot more damage to the rim than that when he wants to oh you’re right oh and with the lead they’re enjoying I’m surprised he didn’t put a little something extra on that one well I think he did plenty of damage nonetheless i mean it was only with one hand but he still threw that down pretty hard well if he’s going to hit that forget about it defensively this is what you want Jordan to settle for except that he goes and puts it right between your eyes mr incredible can’t get it to go an incredible 64% from the field in this game he fires from the corner and it’s out of bounds nice touch by Curry and that’s just carelessness there i mean you have got to have your head in the game 90 seconds now into the second half homegrren with a screen on Jordan the pass to Homer [Applause] pass to Mr moo six on the shot clock here is Mr incredible nailed from three-point land mr incredible’s got 16 and really as the three-pointers keep dropping you get the sense that the frustration is mounting for the defense yeah and they either have been unwilling or unable to take that shot away and the great shooters know when they’ve got enough opening to go for the three i didn’t think it was a bad choice on that possession here’s Mr moves he has 30 and here we go fast break jordan’s got it from deep LeBron and Homer pulls it down on two of three when they ventured outside the arc in the third quarter unloads from 13 shots good by Mr him to hit all the big shots buries it from three-point range smith 24 points for history in front of him we made three triples in the first half three more since then tell you what you can’t shake your head at that turner with a screen for Jordan back to Turner and he uses the glass on the lane this is all you can do i mean Turner’s height length skill level and he’s got confidence now and that all allows him to score under pressure [Applause] homegrren with a screen on Jordan mr incredible can’t get it to go gone three of five here in the fourth quarter pretty good numbers coming out of the break seakum kicks to Hallebertton outside KD a miss that time would have put him up gone one or two from three-point range here in the fourth homegrren the pass to Mr incredible fires from deep no good that time rare you’ll see him miss such an open look with the teardrop and KD finishes inside kd’s got nine points now in just the second half and over two and a half minutes in the books here in the fourth here is Mr incredible he’s defended by Jordan and he gets the bucket that’s now 26 points for Mr incredible you love how each side has risen to the challenge throughout this one hey defense has taken a back burner secondary on the marquee but who doesn’t love a game like this let’s go i like offense the wide open look for Durant a three-pointer is right on target durant’s got nine points now in the quarter and this is someone that can really hurt you from long range and he did that to a degree in the first half and he’s doing it now here is Mr incredible guarded by Jordan shot clock at six he lobbs it up and the ball goes out of bounds turned over not sure whose fault that was guys but they need to get on the same page here williams he’s checked in for Wiggins gone five of eight third their usual strong work at the line has been on display here tonight then again they almost never have an off night at the strike shaq with a screen it’s Curry outside it’s called in by Watson Abbe gone over and over to the three-point shot in the fourth quarter four of nine knocks it loose passes to Mr mo pass to Big Daddy jacks up a three sinks the triple big Daddy’s got eight points in the quarter so many of the plays they’re running designed to create opportunities from deep you know that’s exactly their plan here in the fourth work to find space behind the arc and then bury some threes outside for Jordan la punches a three buries the long range jumper jordan’s got 14 points here in the second half boy he’s making it look really easy right now i expect him to continue to run the offense through him until the defense makes him change plan shots good by Mr incredible so good at getting to his spots and then cashing in making the game look easy outside Jordan now the dish to James three-pointer durant for three good and the assist goes to LeBron lebron’s got his assist totals piling up 11 now for him plenty of drama in this one so far yeah don’t be surprised if it isn’t decided until the final bust i tell you what he earned his money on that foul yeah if you’re going to foul then make sure that you don’t give a chance for the and one at the opponent two shots [Applause] [Applause] he drops the first one that puts them up by five [Applause] [Applause] and so he drops them both it’s a six-point ball game and that will add to a healthy lead after that trip to the free throw line now here’s Curry he’s guarded closer it’s up a three inch with the basket on the assist by Curry lebron delivering in the key moments huge basket from the King here is Mr incredible to the hoop and he finishes nicely on the way back mr incredible’s got 35 in the game really really good at recognizing the gaps and getting the ball to the rim curry way outside mr incredible pulls it in mr incredible scott rebound number eight now on the night big daddy that’s good big Daddy’s got 10 points now just in the sport and that’s just cold blooded right there he’s taking no prisoners guys when you’re this hot it’s elementary let it fly keep staying at it you know at the end of the day size does matter especially on the glass here’s Mr moves guarded by Kurt and they pick up two mr moves got 45 points and credit the whole team it was a focused concerted effort to put this one away yeah what a time to put the hammer down any hope of a comeback diminished and so now a timeout called by Rick Car heat up here [Applause] heat heat [Applause] jordan is doubled shaq gets the curve and again for three the threes coming fast and furious he is scorching the nets now ga tied to the third most three-point field goals in single game playoff history and 10 triples equals Dillard’s buzzer beating performance in 2019 when he waved by to the Thunder team at the line for two Utah first free throw is good and that makes it a seven-point lead [Applause] he’s off on the free throw and able to get that second one to drop in and I’m sure he looked like to have had all of those but he’s still able to pad the lead and they double up Jordan from deep james beyond the arc jordan’s shot is off here’s Mr moves [Applause] and so they get the victory here at home and this win puts them squarely in the driver’s seat in the series up now two zip with all the momentum on their side i mean in fantastic shape right now if they can capitalize on this victory and win game
