Is Brice Sensabaugh Utah’s Next Star?
Bryce Sensah might be in store for a big year three because after getting rid of both Sexton and Clarkson, Utah’s backcourt rotation is looking pretty thin and he should have the opportunity to compete for a full-time starting spot. Last season, he was the only player in the NBA to attempt at least nine threes every 75 possessions while making over 42% of them. What’s so special though is that he isn’t onedimensional as he’s got a good enough handle to beat closeouts and a really advanced in between game. If he can find ways to leverage his strength into more downhill opportunities, he’d flat out become one of the best scorers in the league. And if he can find more ways to leverage that pressure into opportunities for others, he might just become an all-star caliber offensive player. Will he be able to survive defensively, though? Right now, he’s below average at every position, isn’t a presence and help, and really doesn’t rebound. So whether or not he finds ways to utilize his size and length defensively will probably determine where he ends up as a player.

brice is ideally a 3 i think. he obviously has guard skills and shoots it like crazy but he has a lot of strength and played the 4 in college as a stretch big for OSU. although if him and ace are on the court together they kinda both are the 2 or the 3 so it’s not that big of a deal. just feel like he’s only talked about as a guard when he primarily plays the 3 or even the 4 in the will hardy small ball lineup with lauri at the 5, but i think that is going to be Flip’s role moving forward
