I would argue the one that will benefit most from the injury is actually Bilal. He has been penciled in for slot he has not earned. He has been inconsistent and slightly injury prone. I wont argue that he has massive defensive upside, but not sure that is a unique skill on this roster anymore. This gives Bilal a chance to see just how competitive things are about to get. Frankly George does all the same stuff (differently) but seemingly/arguably has higher upside.
Close for a month Coulibaly in Gym
this final September/initial October … Or Even next year…
Bulk/Mass him up.
And we will Have a little Iguodala
Both of you know nothing about basketball . Whitmore was going to take the 3 spot anyway. Whitmoore just needs to passs better
Middleton and McCollom or M&M will not fetch anything in a trade. Vets, even hall of famers, in there mid 30s rarely fetch any type of draft capital. Even the return for Kevin Durant was low. Just look at the trades that brought them to DC. If the FO gives those guys significant playing time for the hope of trading them for a 1st rounder they are stunting the growth of all of these promising young guys on the roster. I believe they were brought to DC with an eye towards retaining them as great veteran leadership for the foreseeable future, not to priortize them in the lineup in order to trade them… that would be FO malpractice imo
