ESPN has made the entire Pels future predicated on a pick that nobody has a clue of what the player will be. Picks only matter when it’s the pels!

Zion is not gonna be a difference maker in NOLA.. it appears he doesnt like playing there… too small market for him. Put him in a big market team with the organizational structure other than the Pels, he will be a difference maker. He will transform like Wiggins who had a reputation of being soft before going to the Warriors.

For the next 3 seasons we are definitely higher than 29. How high will depend on future moves. It is very possible if we are bad in the first half of this season Dumars will fire WG trade Zion and have the core be Fears, Queen, Trey and Herb. We would be bad for the next couple of years as Queen and Fears come into their own in the NBA.
For teams like LAC I have to imagine the KL investigation was not taken into consideration otherwise they would be a lot lower. They should be fine this year with wins but the next 2 could get ugly if KL contract t gets voided and they lose assets and get fined.
Utah, Suns, Cha, Nets are all other teams that won’t win much over the next 3. Wizards will try and start winning next season. Wild card is Philly who should be hoping Embid medically retires letting him fall off their books while PG13 has a bounce back year and someone is willing to trade for him so they can rebuild

29th is crazy. When healthy they are competing for a top spot. Somehow they are going to be worse than the Blazers, Suns, Kings, San Antonio, or any of those sorry Eastern Conference teams?
They obviously ran this, based on the trade up for Queen not working out, and Zion's health failing. If that play out…29 might be about right, as a projection for the future.
