I'm guessing the non-shots and altered shot strategies, due to Wemby just being there, are worth between 6-10 points per game, and his blocks another 6-10 points per game. With his offense becoming top 10, he's capable of dragging a mid team to a top contender.

I used to say put Jones Garcia, but watching the full games live, I find McLaughlin fits the Spurs system much better.. The thing is with Jones Garcia, he's flashy and scores some but he has kinda the main guy syndrom, bro thinks he's SGA and go drive every single play by himself, either it's the best play to do or not. The only untouchables are Harper, Castle and Wemby. I think anyone else can go if need be, but those are 3 REALLY good young guys to continue building around. I think Keldon Johnson is way more expendable than Vassell.

Love this team, but they have major problems. 1) their defense is inconsistent. Especially with the guards. They shoot well but lack solid defense. 2) To much run and shoot. The ball doesn't get passed around enough to get a real clear shot. 3) The guards don't get the ball to Victor when he's open and calling for it. Constant hesitation. Late passes. 4) To many turnovers. 5) coaching…do they have any plays? I can't tell. Look, if this team plan to make to the playoffs and win the championship they must correct these issues. I'm a 65 years old female disabled senior who loves the game. They should be blowing teams out by 30 points. The Spurs has what it takes to be champions but do they really believe it? ❤
