This team is SCARY good. Atheltic, tough, physical, plays defense, good fundamentals, very unselfish, headstrong, unphased, confident, can score at will, high basketball IQ's, and can make a lot of clutch shots all over. Giddey and Buzelis look like the second coming of Steve Nash/Dirk Nowitzki 2.0. Only Buzelis is insanely more athletic than Dirk. These guys are also SUPER young. Looks like Bulls basketball is FINALLY back, and is gonna be for a LONG time, after damn-near a decade of misery.
This whole NBA cup thing is stupid…..and will last only as long as a star isn't hurt in that meaningless "championship" game.
How did they so easily convince us this is OK? Why is it a thing at all? Are they trying to be Euro futball? In-season tourney where the last game doesn't count? What? Again, somebody will get hurt one day in that game…or for some other reason it will be clear….dumb idea.
A player gets a step on his man inside the arc and the defender just gives up as the defender's teammates always seem slow to respond … the euro-step and the euro-hop are not graceful moves, they have become a form of legalized cheating …
