Spo acknowledging how good Ware can be (already is) would be a great shot in arm. No more claiming he is making Ware earn the minutes. The last 2 and a half weeks Ware has been the number one rebounder in the NBA. Bam and JJJ are good rebounders, Ware is a great rebounder per minute. He is already the 10th best rebounder in the league playing a diminutive 24.1minutes a game. Not 1 of the other 29 teams would play Kelel so few minutes. his 16 rbs in a little over 19 minutes was tremendous and his 20 rbs., sensational. Free Ware from Spo's bench, play him 28 to 34 minutes a game.

Both the Heat and Tyler have proven that he needs to be traded. We are getting to a point where it'll just be too late and we'll end up giving him up for peanuts. I hope I'm wrong but the Heat ALWAYS play better without him
Injury is the only way I would trade for anyone. Heat fans wanted Durant who a couple of weeks ago grabbed 1 rebound in over 30minutes. The same night the Heat fans were ragging on Kelel for securing 6 rebounds. Free Kelel from the clutches of Spo who obviously has kept Ware on the back burner too long.
Ware should have played 20min from the get-go last season and he should be getting 32min this season rather than 24.1. Furthermore Kelel should have been drafted number one. Play Ware and start looking for him cutting to the rim, instead of him taking less than 10 shots a game.

Sabonis trade would involve ware and that’s not the right option.

I like the Sabonis fit more than I thought I would. Fixes a lot of the problems and probably isn't that expensive? The only thing I would be worried about is how he would fit in the offense. His outlet passing off of rebounds would fit nicely tho

The heat are a good team and right now its only a few guys id break the team up for amd Giannis is one of them probably the only one. I do think Sabonis would be a good fit as it fixes issues with the team.
Trade Jokic and Herro for Ja and a second round pick. Incorporate a little 2 man stuff with Ja and Bam/Ware. I don’t love it, but I can’t deny
Im ok with current roster, get rid of Keshad & Terry! and get another solid/versatile center that can adress the current rebounding problem.
Im sure the best coach in the league and chris quinn can figure out a way to tweak the new system and maximize morant, that system excuse is weak and people are running it into the ground
