Spurs fans need to face reality: i.e., if Wemby cannot stay on the court, then the basketball world is not interested in a team that is most likely a play-in contender who will keep Vassell around. Limp Mitch will keep his job, too. Good-bye Sean Sweeney.
SERIOUS Spurs fans know that Vassell is inconsistent and has done nothing in 4+ years to dispel that fact. And I'd love know what the assistant coaches think about limp-wristed Mitch, the assistant coach pretending to be a head coach and who doesn't know how to use his bench. The talents of Carter Bryant and David Jones-Garcia are being wasted.
