Dude… these quotes by Niko are such a bad look. He's openly admitting that he's struggling with the PT, but he's literally only getting inconsistent PT because HE hasn't played better. This is a red flag for any other player who is in year 4, but this fan base is holding out hope for his potential. I hope he finds success somewhere in the league, but it's clear he won't find it in Miami.
Niko has gotten opportunities this year, but every time he steps on the court he plays terrible. He needs to play better. Plain and simple.

Let's be honest, Nico hasnt play really great, but he showed us several times that he need time, he need trust and he need to have a rythm. He doesnt have the trust of his coach and i have no idea why. Look at the last 5-6 games by Fontecchio, he's playing terrible, and he still play a lot while Nico is on the bench. He keep putting in on the floor like the 11th man, and after 2 mins he take it out. It's like.. they put him on the court as 10, 11th man, and that's feels terrible already if we think he started the season as a starter, and they ask him to impact the game in 2 minutes? if he get a foul or a turnover he's out.. that's a terrible way to develop a young talent, in my opinion.
He only need one chance and a little trust, and he will repay us (as he did when he scored 29 points and didnt started that match great). Jaquez started great ma he's a way worse player than him, he just get the ball on his hands and tunnelvision the rim, but he still have plenty of chances even when he can't score for the first 20 minutes on the floor. Why he get the chances while playing terrible, and Nico after 2 mins is out of the game? Why they gave him that contract if the coaching staff doesnt believe in him?
I swear at some point at the season i will just hope he's getting traded, and i will follow him as i am doing for Jimmy, because i know he's gonna make the difference where he will go. I am still watching Lakers to see Gabe Vincent, have been watching Strus at the Cavaliers, and i hope Duncan will also do great.
