Wemby Owns Chet and OKC!? Spurs DESTROY Thunder
The Oklahoma City Thunder suffered a brutal 130–110 loss to the San Antonio Spurs, and this one raises real questions. What should’ve been a routine road game turned into a 20-point blowout, as OKC was outworked, out-executed, and outplayed for most of the night.
In this Thunder postgame live, we break down what went wrong per quarter, why the defense completely collapsed, how the third quarter flipped the game for good, and why this loss feels different than a normal off night. From poor rotations and transition defense to offensive stagnation and lack of urgency, this was a reality-check performance for a young Thunder team with big expectations.
We’ll discuss accountability, effort concerns, coaching adjustments, and what this loss means moving forward for OKC as they continue their Western Conference push.
If you’re an OKC Thunder fan looking for real postgame analysis, honest reaction, and no sugarcoating, you’re in the right place.

You guys are 26-4. Even if the Spurs win on Christmas Day, you’ll still have a 2 game lead in the west. I wouldn’t overreact to 2 close losses and a 20 point loss on the second night of a back to back against a very good Spurs team. I’m a die-hard Spurs fan, and I love the way we’ve looked vs OKC so far, but I’m not ready to say the Thunder are broken.
You could very easily over-react and ruin your team chemistry with a trade. You’re the defending champs, have started 26-4, and have a possibility of having two top 10 picks in next years draft. The only team that wouldn’t trade spots with you is San Antonio.
if you look at the past games, the spurs role players get double digits so its just the spurs taking advantage of okc's style of defense. Two things can be true. Spurs role players are just that good and okc's defense allows these players to score
as a spurs fan it seemed alot of yalls players werent able to do anything against our defense tonight dort and sga seemed to be the only 2 helping
Man. You guys are still good. Take out Castle's and KJ's 3pointers and this game would've been a flip. I think OKC is just in a daze trying to look forward to breaking GSW's recorf and this is a good wake up call for them. However, they're still the champs and they're still the team to beat. That being said, GSG! I think they spank the spurs on 25. 😆
Dort is ahh. All he does is foul bait and flop. So does Caruso and Chet.. OKC floppers are ahh
Holy Joe is overreacting what is his problem 😂
FUCK THE THUNDERRRR LMAO
Emotional Joe…..here we go, keep it professional
As a Spurs fan I enjoyed the podcast. Great job, and I think the Thunder will be just fine. #GSG
at the end of the day, i think they will be fine, I feel like they are tired, playing a lot of back to backs, also I feel like the thunder is only losing because they are playing bad not the other team being better, this is the only game that i can say we truely lost
You are not a defensive team, you are a NBA refs babies!!!🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Spurs not making playoff last year, and now they are 2-0 against best team in the league, wow. I hope we win again in christmas 😂
Looks like that game tracker said the SPURS spanked that ass twice. Wasted 5 minutes of my time. See y'all Christmas
What's up with Shit Holmgren?!💩 The guy turns into a hot pile of dog crap against Vic 👽🐐🤣
If okc cant get the spurs to turn over the ball Thursday they will lose again …Wemby, Harper , fox didn’t even play well and they still blew okc out
The scheduling was ridiculous. The NBA should be ashamed by how poorly put together the schedule has been.
26-4 "We need to trade for……." 😂
Spurs got thunder fans SHOOK rn
Im a spurs fan in austin, home grown. But im the same age as james harden and watched yall a lot. So i hope you guys keep it up lets run it
AN OKC FAN saying the free throw attempts was on the PLAYERS AND NOT THE REFS? WOW the Twitter fans thought otherwise. Funny how real ball knowers can tell how ball works. No one on OKC was driving, which I have beef with yall bc yall wouldn’t test Wemby making him lose his block streak, whatever I’m totally not mad LMFAOOOO. But everyone kept shooting the ball. The OKC fans who blamed the refs for the fouls are bums
Chump Holmgay sucks ballz
I'm a Spurs fan and as much as I'd like to gloat I keep in mind this is just one game.
"I don't think this OKC team is as good as last year's team."
Bologna! When OKC was on that season best record pace blowing out teams almost every night people weren't saying that. When OKC pilled up a bunch of wins with only one loss people weren't saying that.
The only difference is this same San Antonio team wasn't constructed last year as it is now. When all members were finally healthy in time for the NBA Cup tournament, OKC simply met another giant face to face. And last night the Spurs put an exclamation point on the fact that they are back! OKC didn’t get worse, these Spurs just got better.
