I love what Luke said, I think during the cup semi's, of course joking, "It's good to know if he's having an off night, he can rely on his backup to step in and take over". Something along those lines, great player, hustles, does the dirty work, and has a great sense of humor and energy!

It's a good time to be a Spurs fan and even a OKC fan the Champs. They're both talented title contenders while still potentially collecting top 5 lottery picks. This 2026 lottery is another good one and maybe deeper then last year😂 GSG🎉 BATTLE 🥁 DRUM

They are not ahead of sked. We knew they were capable to the playoffs. But not a deep run b/c with *itch Johnson pretending to be head coach he is misusing Wemby. Mike Malone would have Wemby averaging 8 assists/game. With BJ as coach he is going to be delayed disappointment.
NBA will make sure OKC doesn't get a top 4 pick.
We don't need Giannis but if the team doesn't get the other star in their starting lineup before the trade deadline, e.g., Trey Murphy III, then BJ's inept coaching cannot be masked by the current roster.
OKC is a drive and kick team. They live off of forcing turnovers and getting into the paint so they can kick it open to shooters. If they cant do either one they really struggle. Outside of SGA noone else on OKC can score consistently in the half court. This is why they are getting these performances from Chet and J Dub the last 2 games they faced the Spurs.
Luke Kornet Alley Oop dunk over Holmgren was a thing of beauty and Castle improving on his long range jumpshots.

Victor out was a blessing in disguise because it proved that the team can win without their top guy playing the thunder have yet to prove if they can with without their top guy SGA.

Wemby was WEAK last night…. and it didn't matter !!! My goodness, I was projecting this level of team play a year, or even two, from now. This is just ridiculously fast progress. There is no projecting their playoff success now. Anything's possible. GSG / ALG !!!
