  1. they’ve lost back-to-back games to the three teams at the bottom of the table. So on what basis are you saying they have an “easier schedule”?
Just like you criticise the team, we can also criticise and question your ability to analyse and comment.

  2. Houston should trade Alpy to a team where he can bloom. I think it’s a win win situation given that Rockets fans don’t appreciate him

  3. These Sengun fanboys bitch about everything, yes Sengun is a great player, but he also has problems and its OKAY, hes young, but this is the NBA, he will get criticized for the rest of his career just like EVERY player that has EVER played, stop crying.

  4. I don't care what anyone says, Sengün biggest weakness since he arrived is his inability to slow down bigger centers, this has to STOP! Even if you put him in PF, his feet aren't mobile enough to keep up against them.

  5. He's #12 in Defensive Win Shares in the entire league. His defense is fine. Defensive Rating is not great to compare for individuals. The only concern with the defense was the past game where he played where his calf was questionable. Eye test says him being bad at defense is wrong too. I disagree heavily with this take.

  6. As a Turkish fan, I have been following the comments made by Rockets fans about Alperen and I am genuinely surprised.

Alperen has more than proven himself defensively over the past two years. No matter what he did until now, a large portion of the Houston fanbase seems very inclined to exclude Alperen at every opportunity; they have never truly embraced him.

In my opinion, trading Alperen would be more beneficial for both sides. I hope Alperen gets traded during this period.

  7. Last year rockets as a team couldn't hit open threes, and needed to be agresive defensively to stay in games, this year the offense has many options and weapons that make team score easier, and so a little bit relaxed and loose in defense.

  8. After tari injury Ime throw Alpi to floor with Reed and Holiday as 3. quarter starters. Judging him with ''eye test' without looking the teammates he played with is just not fair.

  9. FVV always was finding Alpi, RS just look at Alpi hesitant to pass the ball to him, the team needs time to adopt. Alpi is developing his game each year he is in the MVP top 10 list of NBA. Respect the young player and never compare with a Veteran player

  10. Ime Udoka wants to trade Alpi for Antetekumpo. And he'll do it by the end of the season at the latest (provided they don't get far enough in the playoffs). That's why all the fuss. Hopefully he'll trade him for Yannis, then we'll see what happens. (Also, don't pay attention to what the "fans" say. "Crowds" incite each other and can even bring people like Trump to power…)

  11. Honestly before knowing these numbers i was actually thinking sengun's effort on defence is good this year.Especially look at some of the last games. He even made three consecutive blocks under the rim all by himself in one game.Idk but its actually weird hearing these numbers. But yes he needs to be better defensively i agree about that.

  12. you have sections to begin with but there are no timestamps… So you are bulliying people to watch entire video. I See.

  13. Maybe it is good when sengun gets a Rest because i am sure that the rockets are Going To Loose without him in a very Bad way. KD is Going To disapoint everybody. Rockets without sengun is nothing.

  14. When you talk about Şengün’s defensive rating without a big on the floor, are you not counting Jabari Smith Jr? Because he’s a big (just want to know)

  15. KD both games without Sengun

    Rockets vs Suns 117-98
    KD 28pts 11-17fg & didn't play in the 4th

    Rockets vs Cavs 117-100
    KD 30pts 11-17fg & didn't play in the 4th

I know it's a small sample size but at the same time it's something that shouldn't be ignored.

  16. We don’t need a 60 win season, nor do we need a better record than last year. We need playoff success

  17. This channel is getting weird day by day. Comparison of Şengün vs Adams? wt.. I don't think that these channels are run by independent journalists.

  18. Adams sets better screens and is better off the roll……..But Rockets need Alpi to win a chip….Just wish Ime would put him in more 3 man zoom + split actions as the handler

  19. I have to say it this time: to hell with you, Houston fans. Don’t worry, Alperen doesn’t owe you a damn thing either he’ll be the one kicking you in the ass before you ever get the chance.
Being this blind, pulling made-up elements straight out of your asses, is no easy craft bravo, seriously. It takes real effort.
What’s truly hard to swallow is this: taking a genuine talent and dragging him down to this point on a team with a strong center tradition can only be explained by a severe lack of basketball IQ and game-reading intelligence

  20. While Sheppard is a human traffic cone, discussing Sengün's defense doesn't seem fair to me at all. Let's also admit that Jabari and Amen aren't even near the same as they were last year. Defense is a team effort if you aren't Wemby.

  21. OKay, here's the deal. Sengubns's defense this years hasn't been as good as his defense last year, but neither has the team as a whole, including Amen. The reality is when you are scoring 130 ppg, there isn't going to be as much of an emphasis on holding a team to 105 ppg. So, in many, not all, but many of the games where they were giving up 115ppg, they were scoring about 125 ppg. They have the second-highest point differential in the league. The defense definitely needs to get better and I believe it will, but it's not just Alpi who has not been carrying his weight on defense.

  22. Sengun and Adams comparison isn’t unfair due to the 3 point differential and I don’t believe it will even out too much this year. Alpern physical ability to defend isn’t that much different but what sets them apart is Steven’s ability to communicate and organise the perimeter defence coverage from the paint. This will come for Alpi with time but currently Steven has the experience and confidence to do this now whilst Alpi doesn’t

  23. G while perimeter defense almost none still comparin Alpe vs Adams….

KD almost zero defense and with Reed it is unbearable… Crazy that still pointing Alpe… which plays offense and defense and also as a hub to carry the team…. U should talk about KDs defense !!! saw in clippers game quite clear….

  24. Nothing is easy… just saying… especially at the professional level! Stay locked in Rockets!

  25. The accountability for some of Sengun’s downfalls are widely ignored by the fan base, he slows down offense idc what anyone says, & he blows point blank layups & goes 1/2 at the line

  26. Wtf are we talking bout? This is sengun. Idgaf what no one says his defense is decent. I would never choose Adams over him. If we gonna go anywhere sengun is gonna be a huge of the reason why. I like Adams but he slow af, and he has stone hands, he can't catch the ball.

  27. Alp is doing it all this year. Sure he has some lapses that have been frustrating but he’s definitely top ten mvp and plays both sides of the court and plays point. He’s going through a little lul right
Now but I’m certain he’s going to turn it up in January or February
