No, he didn’t get it off, you are looking at the wrong clock counter if you think so. Look at the game clock behind the backboard. The clock on screen in the score overlay is behind the game clock on the court by at least 0.3 seconds. The game clock is 0.0 when the ball leaves his hand. As a Denver fan, I would very much liked the shot to go in, above all I love spectacular shots! Around 0:37 you can see the on screen clock shows 0.3 , but the game clock behind the backboard is already 0.0. I guess the time sync was not checked properly for the telecast.

Truth is Raptors should have launched a 3 when they had like 19 seconds,instead they played stupid foul games until it was too close.
Forget the shot, if you can't win a game against the Nuggets without Jokic and Gordon, then the final outcome was fully deserved and the basket ruled null and void.
