From an outside observer, it looks like is starts with randle. His pouty, no effort style rubs off on the team. But at the same time, Ant needs to rip into him to get him going. He is the leader, ant needs to be responsible for lifting up the team to show some effort
Cut their paycheck in half and they'll figure it out.
