I think the question on if the heat should make a trade or not all depends on what direction the front office is looking to take. If they feel they can compete this season we make a trade. However, if they don’t then we focus on developing the young guys this season
This is more of an example of why Miami needs to trade Tyler zero as soon as possible

I kind of wouldn’t mind herro coming off the bench. People underestimate the bench. There is a 6MOY award for a reason. Bench is just as important if not more important than your starters in some cases.

We’re learning to play as a team now.
Our younger players are getting minutes and are being allowed to play freely. It’s been fun to watch this heat team. Get rid of the Terry contract for a pick or 2 for some draft capital to a team who needs the expiring contract and sign someone like a Charles Bassey to solely rebound.
Bassey is atleast a good 5-10 rebounds a game, and defends decent with only averaging 2 fouls and 0.5-1 steal and roughly 1 block per game as well.
Get Bam and Ware some big help.

It was mentioned that the heat front office is smart with extentions. Get Herro on a value. They dropped the ball with Bam. So i wouldn't say they always make the right move.
