  1. Play Devin Carter in every quarter. In ACTUAL playing time, he’s still a rook. Whether Kings trade him or keep him, he needs to be developed.
    Plays hard on defense and is good rebounder for his size. Has long arms, 42 inch vertical, and set new record 3/4 court sprint time at last year’s NBA combine.
