If the team isn’t going to try to win, they need to feed Coop the ball non stop. Stack his stats and force him to get real aggressive.

Thoughts on trading Kyrie to the Pistons for Ausar Thompson, Duncan Robinson, and at least 2 1sts? Get back an all NBA caliber defender, 3pt sniper for next 2 years, draft capital…good balance for a rebuild around Flagg
We need to sign Nembhard for sure, but you 100% cant just let B Will just walk. Not until Nembhard can prove he can out play him. B Will is by far your best PG right now too fast and quick. He is burning everybody of the dribble. Sign B Will to a decent contract. If Nembhard can prove he can play his way into beating out B Will then you can possibly look into checking trade value and see what you can get for him a year or 2 down the road. We should have never let Kai Jones just walk. They should have locked him and B Will both up in the offseason. D Live is too unreliable always hurt, plus the who AD injury history situation. I never understood why they didnt bring Kai Jones back. Gaff and Kai jones would have at least been a formidable Big rotation for you in case history repeated itself. Jones was the perfect back up big man. His length, explosiveness, and Athleticism is off the charts. Still was only 24 and fit this offense and system like a glove…
The Mavs should absolutely tank this season. Next year; Coop’s sophomore year, new high draft prospect on the team, fully healthy Anthony Davis, Kyrie Irving, and Lively. This team will be GREAT!! I can’t wait

Tyreek Evan’s was good 20-5-5 he was just in the wrong era of basketball! But Cooper definitely white mamba. He reminds me of Kobe. He’s great offensively and can match up with you defensively I could tell not talent got him there. It’s hard work.

Can we all be honest. Nico Destroyed the team. The mavs will not be competing for a championship for the next 5 -10 years. Possibly longer. Tank the next couple of years and rebuild.
There is something that happens to 20 year old men. They suddenly stop skateboarding, being obsessive about video games, being awkward around women, etc. I’m speaking figuratively of course but, in short, they start acting grownup. If Dallas is losing when Cooper matures, he should start asserting himself just like LeBron did in his 2nd year with Cleveland. It’s got to happen. It’s about taking leadership.
