Dell spent the large majority of his NBA career with the Hornets, winning sixth man of the year in 1993-1994, and also being a part of many early playoff runs for the franchise. Dell finished his Hornets career hitting many franchise milestones, currently being first in games played, first in 2-pt field goals, second in total field goals, second in 3-pt field goals, second in total points, as well as being top 3 in many other statistics.
