Aside from Powell and Marshall, these guys didn’t try. If this type of effort was made while they were in college, they would’ve been benched – and they know this. Was at the game and went away feeling like it will be my last pro game to ever watch in person.
“Next man up,” so go get some guys who will actually try and execute the basics. Rebuild the team about Powell and Marshall – hopefully Flagg, with all his talent, will learn the work ethic of those two.
