At some point we have to decide what we’re doing with our roster, because it’s clearly not working. Spo also needs to let rookies play and grow through mistakes. Spo will always look in the mirror and see the young man in the film room and not the successful coach. He feels he got there with hard work, not talent, and carries a chip on his shoulder for any player he feels their high-level talent doesn't match the work ethic, such as Beasley and now Ware. Spo is also dead wrong in his vendetta with Ware because he doesn't hold any of the other players to the same standard and looks completely out of touch at the moment. Spo and small ball are the biggest issues with this team, not Ware.
Holding off is the best thing they can do. Morant doesn't move the needle. He and Tyler Herro are on the same level. If you're in denial, stop living in 2022 or whatever. What Miami should do is keep all of their young players and trade Powell and Wiggins for whatever draft picks and young players you can get.

Unfamiliar opinion: No stars in this CBA have waited until they are free agent. It’s either they are already in their dream team or be traded to their preferred destination. So that means, this team is building solely through the draft or from the g-league team.

I don't like the way Spo is handling Ware. I didn't like the way Spo handled Duncan Robinson – sitting him down when they desperately needed offense because of Duncan's defense (they're scoring on us anyway; we need offense!). I don't like the way Spo sits down hot shooters because his rotations are more important and then puts them back in and they've turned cold. I don't like his lack of adjustments after halftime so they always get blown out in the 3rd quarter. Everyone tells me how great Spo is but I don't see it.
It gets hard to argue for this organization daily we suck I don’t know if I’m just a miserable pissed off fan or not we SUCK everyday it gets harder and harder to watch these games if this was 2/3 years ago okay sure but man I’m just over the bull💩

I think Riley is still beating himself up 4 that year he gave out all those sizable contracts 2 mediocre talent( James Johnson, Dion Waiters, Tyler Johnson, ect.), & we were stuck with them while everybody was trading & upgrading..
