The only way I’d trade kyrie is if he said he didn’t want to be part of rebuilding. We owe it to him to let him decide. Davis on other hand, id get rid of him so fast. I want kyrie still with us though.

Sit coop tonight and let the 2 way players get some game time experience, let Martin and Hardey get some more minutes. Use this time to see who is going to be a valuable role player with him. To me, PJ and Naji are staying. They play well with coop. Lively is the big question….can he stay healthy? If not, trade him while he has value
Sadly he's the best trade chip we have that can get us at least 2 1st round pick and nice roll players.

Seen that Daniel Gafford makes about 18 millions a year and these three nice pieces from BOS in Luka Garza, Peyton Pritchard and Sam Houser makes about 20.2 m/y you think Dallas has a chance to make these trade???
Trading Kyrie only makes any sense if you can get multiple first round picks as well as a few younger starting level players. The worst thing about the Luka trade was not getting draft picks along with AD and Christie. For the Mavericks to effectively rebuild around Flagg they need more draft picks effective sooner rather than later. AD as a trade is just not going to reap much in the way of anything other than expiring contracts no good younger players and no draft picks. In fact, a Gafford trade might get more in the way of draft picks than AD would bring. The only players the Mavericks should absolutely hold onto besides Cooper, is Max Christie, Naji Marshall, PJ Washington, Dereck Lively, Moussa Cisse, Ryan Nembhard, and Brandon Williams. Kyrie is the best player in terms of talent on the Mavericks so he should be the last older player traded.
Kyrie absolutely did not struggle vs Okc. He shot low volume at high percentage. Kyrie struggled game 1/2 in finals then set franchise record game 3 before Luka had a tantrum.

DLive should also be considered for trade. He has played 48% of Mavs games in his career and percentage falling each day. AD had played in 42% as a Mav. The best ability is availability

Man, honestly, it just depends if we should trade Irving or not because we need coop to grow, and Irving can definitely help with that, but also we have ryan and BWill, who are 2 amazing diamonds in the rough guards who one day could become full starters but what it all really comes down to is what would the offer be because to me unless we do something fast we're F'ed for years to come and especially with this ownership its not looking to go for us mffl

Agree check out what we can get in return. AD, Irving, Liv, Klay & D'Angelo. Picks & 2 starters plus a couple of solid role players. Reduce payroll, ge younger & healthy dependable. Keep Ryan, Williams, Christie, Flagg, PJ, Marshall, Gafford & Cissi.
We dont have 1 player on Mavs this year other than Flagg that would fetch you anything in the 1st round
