The Cleveland Cavaliers acquisition of Lonzo Ball hasn’t gone as planned. Should they choose to move on, i think they should explore these ideas.

I’d take Sochan or just dump the salary. Portis would be nice for what is given up but multiple team deals have more moving parts to come through. Still think Ball is better for the team than Okoro. If you get Sochan in that deal you are basically getting what the Cavs need as a defensive presence with size that can spell Mobley and could probably play C for a few minutes a game and give Allen more rest during the playoffs where he has to play big bodies.
Sochan would be interesting to me – is he really on the outs in SA?
I like Sochan. I'd like to see the Cavs get Danny Wolf from Brooklyn. The ESPN machine says it's successful.
I'm not sure if we'll see any Cavs/Suns trades anytime soon with the well chronicled dislike that the Cleveland and Phoenix owners have for each other. Getting Nick Richards might be a long shot
Mack, does this trade machine that you're using reflect that the Cavs are in the 2nd Apron and are not allowed to combine salaries in a trade per NBA rules such as the proposed Bobby Portis scenario?
BuBuBuBuBut…. 😢
Any team that has the iq to use him for his skills-set. Not as a 3pt shooter.
Every single trade you named here would make the cavs worse.
Perimeter defense is the biggest weakness. Not one of the guys mentioned here are a better perimeter defender than lonzo
Ball for Jerome straight up… Run it.
Using these percentages is so misleading. Lonzo , who has shown he can shoot over forty percent on 8 attempts per game. Is having a slump right now back from injury and not playing back to back or consistently on a new team. The guy you mentioned at 4.5 3 's, a game. On thirty six percent shooting, Would be a difference of one point from lonzo's current shooting percentage. Real hooper's know what's up
Cavs need someone who can inbound the Ball in critical moments. Keep Ball…
Won't they just keep Zo since his contract isn't guaranteed next year? He might still have potential in a playoff situation and be able to help them. If he performs well enough, they may consider keeping him but more than likely, he's just a form of cap relief.
thinking Lonzo as top block n steal talent mostly
Huge fan of the Sochan trade. More talent in the door is always better
Sochan we need defense
Move off salary bring up killian hayes
He isn't worth anything. 😅 Glad I could help.
Sochan or Sharpe !!!! We need rebounding come playoffs it’s our biggest weakness
If they keep Ball I wonder if using him as a 8-10 minutes a night stopper would work.
As mentioned before his passing is great, just look at the 76ers game.
Wonder if trading for Jerome back would be an option. Maybe that would get Hunternto play better and if you weren't going to play Ball much then an injuried Ty isn't hurting you. Plus CPJ is way better than last year and Proctor is showing promise.(for regular season minutes)
So everyone we can trade him for is a good defender, good playmaker and each of the guys you showed are having a slump in regards to shooting. We might as well keep him and hope his shot starts falling as he is above 35% from 3 careerwise, a great defender and he somehow is one of our healthiest dudes this season. Just wish his shot starts falling. 35% from 3 and he will be a great backup but if he continues with his 25%, teams will just stay off him… Good thing is he doesn’t look like it bothers him as even with the down year regarding to shooting, he is not passing or thinking, he always shoots it when open which is a good sign.
I'm still in the mindset of the team is what it is. No trades incoming.
This is the Love situation all over again.
The Cavs couldn't figure out how to use him when they had the teal d wade, so they cut him and then felt how much they needed him in their playoff loss.
It's like Cleveland and. Their fans learn nothing and move on to the next guy they want traded.
Ball has a specific skill set, one that thr Cavs lack, but Kenny uses him like he would Max Struss and that is not his skill set.
Transition and length are where the @Cavs struggle, playmaking with undersized guards is where the @Cavs struggle in the Playoffs.
Don't forget this fandom had also wanted Spida, DG, JAFro, and Mobkey traded at some point.
@Cabs have to keep ignoring and trust their process.
Coach Atkinson needs to buy in the most.

Lmao come on mac no one is trading for lonzo he sucks
Please stop with the SPURS hypothetical trades. They RARELY if ever make trades. They believe in developing their guys, letting em walk, sending to the G league, or cutting them.🐸☕️
Cavs fans OBSESSION with Ty Jerome needs to be studied. It’s almost equivalent to the OBSESSION Browns fans still have with BAKER MAYFIELD 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤣🤪🤪🤣
This is now weird, my responses are showing up four times
