Windhorst is trying his damndest to get Giannis to Golden State because he voiced the truth about the Warriors being able to outspend the league in 22' let alone the KD years.
No one is stopping teams from making offers, or NBA media reporting those offers btw. The reason they are not is because they are attempting to leverage Bucks into moving off Giannis a year early to "save our Steph" and bail out Golden State.
Why Giannis would go join a shelled out Warriors team/38 year old movement shooter to try to get past the Nuggets, Timberwolves, Thunder, Spurs, Rockets in a 7 game series makes no sense this season.

If Giannis is moved, it'll be in the off season. The Bucks will want more time to figure things out as far as a trade. Get ready for a long slow summer because his trade will clog things up and the Bucks are likely to wait even then.
