  1. I see they already started doing their drugs that they were saving for the Super Bowl early. F No! The man has been in the league 5 minutes and hasn't accomplished anything yet. He can barely get enough points and rebounds to help me win my parlay.

  2. Disingenuous to read off stats like points because different eras had different rules and played the game differently. Perhaps you can talk about what each player did in his era relative to others in their era. For example, how does Cooper compare relative to other rookies in his class vs how Lebron or some other player compared relative to other rookies in his era.

  3. Cooper is living up to hype but not in the way you’re thinking. He is currently top 3 or higher in all major categories and if he ends up there he will be the only rookie teenager to ever achieve that feat. The only other rookie who ever did it was Wembyama who was already 20, played a year of pro ball and didn’t have the level of competition Cooper is facing amongst other rookies.

  4. Sit kyrie and AD, develop Flagg and Christie, go into the lottery with your fingers crossed. Then in the 26-27 season you'll have a healthy Kyrie and a 75% AD and with Flagg and Christie you'll have a team fans can get excited about

  5. I see what you did there McMahon with putting up the rebounds to 6 per game, and assists to 4 per game so Kon Knueppel isn’t included πŸ˜‰put it down to 19ppg, 5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game and Kon Kneuppel is having the same type of historical rookie season as Cooper (along with many other names from history)

Talked about this on my pod From the Bench, a couple days ago

  6. Idk how yall be so wrong about the spurs can yall watch the games pls ? Fox has not been doing everything we’ve wanted him to be

  7. The best thing for Reed in his NBA career was landing in Houston. Ime don't play when it comes to defense and Reed will have to learn to play good D.

  8. I enjoy this basically a fan boy podcast. Informed, positive thoughts on the three Texas teams. I’m sure the fans and the leadership of these teams enjoy listening to it.

  9. Love the Nash comparisons and Udoka needs to have patience with the kid. Rockets greatest need is not PG anyway, rather it is the addition of another offensive engine next to KD and Alp. A 2-way player in starting 5 like Quentin Grimes.

Rockets really need another player to pick up the OREB slack with Steven Adams potentially unavailable for remainder of the season. Rockets should make a small trade to acquire Paul Reed. Reed is an analytics freak that can play alongside Sengun in the double big lineups as well as his backup at center position. Paul Reed would give Rockets 5 out spacing option as well.

If Rockets could clear cap space, they should also sign Malik Beasley to provide additional scoring punch for the bench unit. Rockets bench scoring has been bottom of the NBA this season.

  10. Reed has game breaker talent and has shown the ability to take over games. He is only going to get better, stronger, smarter, more confident etc.
