   I'll have to try Cornish Jerk House. I've been marinading Cornish Hens in Jamaican (edit: Caribbean) jerk marinade and smoking them with a mix of pecan and whiskey barrel chips in my electric smoker. Delicious.

   There is a lot to do in OKC. People that laugh at OKC like it is 1 street and 20 people really haven't been to OKC or tried to get out in it.

    OKC the ultimate food vacation spot or exploration city. 2-3 days and really walk around in it, see why people stay! The food is amazing, if it ain't it wont survive
