FYi to all the highlights and box score watchers – Wemby was absolutely horrendous tonight. Despite his blocks down low, his defense was Luka level. Blown by from Zion 3 times for dunks and a couple times from Messi and Murphy. Yet again the physicality down low was too much for him so he hid behind the theee point line chucking 2/10. He was also 2/6 from the free throw line including back to back misses that would have cut the lead to 3 late. This team needs to stop smelling their own farts, ditch the drum and focus on actually improving instead of losing to the worst team in the league.
You don't lose to a team that's 11-36 and that only have one recognized star, the second half slumps and bad three point shooting free throw missing and turn overs will doom this team, I truly believe we will have a playoff season but we are definitely not a finals caliber team yet.
Not a mentally strong team right now, these overly edited highlights seem to exemplify that. Lots of frosting. Just because you beat OKC three times in a row doesn’t mean you’ve earned anything. WAKE UP SPURS
