  1. I am going to say something here that may sound ridiculous and maybe it is ridiculous, but I wish Deni would take the rest of the year off and we tank this season out. We get pick 1 – 3, and grab a great player, and then we would actually be OKC level good…won't happen, I guess, but that is my wish.

  2. Jrue, JG, and the 2028 Bucks first* for Mikal and OG. Call it in.

*yes, I know that pick in particular is complicated for many reasons. I trust they’ll find a way

  3. I’d push back and say it’s a lot harder to be mediocre if you’re a small market team who’s allocating 50% of the cap to KAT and a guy who doesn’t play for you anymore. Though I do agree with the sentiment that the value of those picks will be maximized as trade assets

  4. after grinding their way back to .500 ball, the Blazers lost 2 in a row …
TANK !! let's tank the rest of the season, and draft a rookie !!
*playoffs are boring .. rebuilding is my favorite part of the NBA
    — where's the facepalm button on this thing ?

  5. if Deni plays, He might put 12 on the start by himself, because it's important personal game to him. even if Deni can't play, Wizards have really bad defence and we have seen against the Lakers, that we are fine against wrost defensive teams in the league

  6. THANK YOU for saying that Giannis to Portland doesn't make any sense. It didn't work out with the Bucks, but Blazer fans (way too many) seem to think surely THIS time it will work when both are older and vastly more injured. And it would be a worse roster than the current Bucks team due to all the players Portland would have to send out. Like, great plan, lets mortgage our future and every asset we have to be a worse version of the current Bucks. Yay?

So glad to hear the voice of reason from Locked on Blazers say nay to that!

  7. Let's not panic here… We're still in a good place. We're 23-24 a game under .500 nothing to panic about. Let's not try and fix what isn't broken here… These players have been playing their lives out on the court. To bring the team to .500 and now we're a game under. We're still good we win tonight we back at .500 baby. We good I think They were just alil gassed from previous games. Tonight we're jumping back in the winners column and going on a run.

  8. I will not accept ANY trade right now… This team can do great things, the woes were all down to injury, and once everyone's fully healthy and the rotation is fixed – it's dub after dub after dub. I really think these players deserve the chance to continue racking wins, they've earned it, so getting rid of either of them would just be heartbreak.

  9. IMHO Blazers should trade picks (and Jermey?) for Milwaukee 2026 draft picks.
Giving the blazers timeline and how deep is the current draft I would love to see them sending draft pick and the swaps or at least one of them if possible.

  10. I don't want anyone older than 26. We have our vet leaders. I'm honestly not interested in making a big move at all unless it's for an all star level PF/C like JJJ or Mobley.

  11. Yes terrible game. Clingan forgot how to hold on to the ball down low, Sharpe suddenly become lost the past two games and Grant has simply dissappeared.

  12. Thanks for going over the Blazers and a possible benefit from the Giannis trade. Trades in the NBA, like wines and the prog music genre, are complicated.
