They brought in Poole and then drafted his replacement Fears in the draft. Poole just will collect his money and want to leave the NOLA and who could blame him.

@Melz Pelicans Digest it was intimidation and the referees that beat the Pels. When has Trae missed that many 3s, even in 4 games combined? We were the better team last night, and not having a challenge down the stretch hurt also

As a collective the team shot horrible, our best shooter wasn't hitting shots last night. I think the coaching staff is tired of Pooles on court IQ, he takes horrible shots off the dribble and doesn't even try to play defense. I dont care if the team takes pennies on the dollar for Poole, Murray and Hawkins

NBA Centers who does what Missi is doing is rare. Just because Missi doesn’t shoot 3’s or passes like Joker…. Most Centers aren’t rim protectors and aren’t quick enough to guard all 5 positions either! Missi’s first season he was like J Hayes…. This year Missi is WAAAAAY better than Hayes is right now!! Another offseason and next season Missi should be averaging 15-15 AND still a great defender w/3+ blocks/game. THAT is why you don’t trade Missi!!!

Luckily Herb didnt play the point since he quite literally cant. Herb works in the Klay Thompson Type SG role although hes a true forward. Seems somebody listened to me and had Murphy run the point for most of the Guardless minutes. But really it was a PG by committee with Murphy and Queen with the lion share then Zion and even Bey running the point. Out of the starters, Herb ran it the least which is a relief
That being said, not starting Missi is costing us games. With all the misses, he wouldve had a FIELD DAY on the offensive glass. This coach's lineups are so much worse than Willie's ever was

The fact that Fears ignored Z on a 2 on 1 to cut the lead down to 4 or 5 and bricked a lay up in the process says he may be better off as an NFL wide receiver.
