  1. Ok he bound to trade just hope we get something help us vet and some draft capital
    Klay thompson and picks package

    Drummond and McCain package

  2. Giannis has to stay in the East. I will be very disappointed if Spurs didnt even try and Warriors got him any other potential western playoff team

  3. should always put Dylan Harper in during crucial plays; they need someone who drives to the inside/slashes to the paint.

  4. Too risky and too much to give up for Giannis. Giannis has high mileage and is even more injury prone now that he's older. The Spurs' patience is paying off so I don't think they will push the panic button by overpaying for any player.

  5. Trading Jeremy will be bitter sweet. I will be sad because he is a solid player who always hustles with high potential. But I will be glad to get a return for a piece that doesn't touch the court for whatever reason (I've heard rumors that it's because of his marijuana use). So yes and no to answer your question.

  6. I would try this trade for the Spurs. Jeremy Sochan for Tidjane Salaun. Hornets are on the team list. It would be a good change of scenery for both players.

  7. I do not expect the Spurs to trade Sochan before February 5. However, the Spurs should definitely try to get Moussa Diabaté from the Hornets as a great defender and offensive rebounder. He will be worth sth like 14 million per year next summer, so the Spurs might have to give up Sochan and a 1st round pick plus a "minor" role player. Last night against the Grizzlies, Diabaté had 18 pts, 19 rbds, 2 stls, 1 block…

  8. Dont do it please. Do not trade for Giannis because you are basically getting two players with his brother as package. Dont trade Jeremy he is a good player he does not demand anything,

  9. I don't get it. I mean I'm not a high level coach, but Sochan and Olynyk coming in as a tandem so Wemby and Kornet can be on the floor together more often makes sense to me. I've seen Sochan lock up players, and i get Barnes is a vet, but if he is just not having a strong outing, throw Sochan some minutes.
Why are we not even letting Sochan play? When he's on the floor this year, I've seen him good on 1v1 defense, moving the ball, setting screens and cutting. Not really looking for offense, but that's not a bad thing, that's what Kornet does as well.
Heck, We are not even using Olynyk right, he could sit in the corner most of the time to open up the floor for victor or when the guards are cutting to the basket. He shot 42% from the right corner last year. I mean, we all want Bryant more minutes to flourish as well. But having Sochan just completely riding the bench collecting DNP's makes no sense. I don't think he has even had enough minutes at all this season to show that he is not deserving of them.

  10. NO Giannis, unless they could get him for Sochan + Kelly + Bismack + 2nd round picks (i.e. not legit offer). Plenty of young Stretch-4s would be a better fit: create space, cheap, and a long-term core piece (unlike Giannis). OR, as you said, just trade Sochan for a couple of picks.

  11. Kelly and Jeremy and a 1st round pick for Giannis would be okay.

Nothing more than that, because then it won't be worth it anymore. 😅

  12. I believe the reason sochan isnt playing is because theyve been in trade talks with him for a couple months now. They knew it, he knew it and all the DNP's are all part of staying the course. He'll b a solid player in the league. Ppl are negative on him and the way the spurs are using him but a little patience would show that everything is going according to plan. Time is on our side.

  13. Knecht is asking for a trade, Spurs need shooting and Lakers needs a dog on defense that is bigger than Smart. Let's just swap them, Knecht seems like a system player who can thrive off ball. He's also older and more mature than Sochan and would be able to fit a role right away. Who cares if we lose on value, it's an urgently needed shooting we are getting.

  14. 3:31 if they replace Harper and keldon and 1 first round for fox and 2nd rounds this will be a better trade As it balances salaries.

  15. Spurs don’t need number 34 do not gut the team for 1 player that’s very good but 1 dimensional

  16. It's a little funny we're discussing Suckan and saying "it's about tongo down." I thought he was already down…
