  1. I believe the first round pick for Missi is honestly worth it considering it’ll be a later pick in the draft. I say go for it!

  2. The raptors are not going to make a big trade so someone like Missi is actually realistic. Don’t even mention Giannis anymore after the asking price for him has been leaked. They basically want all young players and every pick for years to come so just cross Giannis off the list and don’t mention his name in trade talks involving the raptors anymore. There comes a point when you actually need a team around these players or else it’s pointless to trade for them. If you’re giving up the future of your organization for close to a decade and If that trade flops the GM that makes that trade might make us forget about Nico Harrison and how he traded Luka to the Lakers for a McDonalds poutine.

I would probably give up Gradey Dick instead of the first for Missi. Why ? A number of the young players the Pelicans had have gone on to be impact players on other teams. They simply struggle to develop players. The pelicans is one of the worst ran organizations in the league. We are also loaded at the shooting guard position with Martin and these guys all playing the same position as Gradey. We don’t have minutes for all these guys so I would flip Gradey for Missi but the question is do they even want Gradey ? They might take him if they plan to move Jordan Poole. The question is what’s more important to the raptors. What Gradey can give us, or what Missi can give us ? At one position we’re thinner than a meth head in downtown Vancouver, and at the other position we have too many players 🤔

  3. You don’t want to trade for a lumber jack ……if he is athletic and quick thinking …he fits my criteria

  4. Yves + Toronto 2031 second + Micah Peavy (to Bucks) = Ochai + 2031 lottery protected
    JMo + Lakers 2026 second + Micah P = Cole Anthony
N.O. Get a decent role player in Ochai and future first while staying under tax.
Bucks get a couple of depth players that could develop into rotation depth + late second pick.
Toronto gets young backup C + plus PG depth that can shoot some and allow for more 2 PG line ups. We get under tax and SB can play his better role of PF and Def helper vs direct C. This also helps CMB play more on the wing and guard guards vs C.

  5. Ideal situation is Giannis doesn’t get traded and when his contract expires he signs with the Raps because he wants to play for a whole country. He has no allegiance to the U.S market teams.

  6. He's legit is worth a late first this year. Plus nobody wants Ochai's contract. So Ochai and a 1st for Missi is honestly a fair asking price

  7. Missi not worth a first round pick. Lots of good centres in the 2nd round pick. Raptors can wait till draft day.

  8. All 1st round are not equal I have read 2027 and 2028 are bad drafts can we send 2027 unprotected if you have to
