  1. Bro they were in a dog fight with okc with like 6 rotation players out. They’ve been playing well but provide context there lol okc wasn’t at full strength

  2. I don't watch basketball for this reason. The offense is too strong structurally. It's a bad game when all the defense can do is stand in the way. This video was finally nice to watch in terms of basketball.

  3. Great video. I'm impressed at how well you know this team, and that you're noticing CMB, etc. Jamal Shead is another guy who could have a video of his own…he's like the next Kyle Lowry if he gets his 3pts falling.

  4. Blah blah blah yes we know theyre good cause theyre almost always à play off team. Americans are ignorant and thinks a country equals sports talent

  5. You could’ve made a better title than that. Raptors were always going to be good this szn. Idk why it’s taking everyone to realize now

  6. They're NOT this good – they're bottom 10 in offense and within 2 points per100 of being literally middle of the pack on defense. They're definitely outperforming expectations but a LOT of that comes on the back of one of the easiest schedules of the season early on. Our win streak was almost exclusively against basement teams or injured teams. I don't expect Toronto to exit the first round depending on the matchup and you can say as much as you want about Jakob being injured, that's not really the issue.

  7. On e upon a time a dude won the scoring title and dpoy.
Guards used to be great defenders, until the dark times.
    Cough, the lebalco period.
    Defense wins championship$.

  8. The one team that isn't in the united states are happy and undistracted. What living in a non fascist country does for your mental health!

  9. Can we give some love to Jamal Shead?? That man is a defensive nightmare for guards and his selfless playmaking translates to winning culture! CMB being our baby OG as a lengthy defensive minded juggernaut matching up with centers as a 6’7 rookie is no regular feat. RJ has my heart, Gradey Ochai and Jamison off the bench are scary 3pt specialists who add scoring and spacing. Mamu has been such a pleasant surprise as the big man replacement we very much needed. We are one Scottie breakout season away from being true contenders

  10. Umm, they lost an embarrassing game to the Knicks yesterday that they should have had in the bag. What "good"?

  11. Scottie can play 1-5 and guard 1-5 at an elite level. Most of today’s stars are one or two trick ponies. Scottie does it all

  12. If the Leafs had even half the give-a-f*cks of the Jays Raptors or Argos they wouldn't be struggling to even get into the wild card spot in the playoffs.

  13. Ngl, I didn't expect a lot from the Raptors. Some slight improvement with the addition of Ingram, but still a play-in team or worse. They've gladly outperformed expectations. The Raptors organization is known for always having a great culture.

  14. The team currently has something and their current Barnes Era build is working better than expecting, but they are missing a few key pieces to make this a NBA final contender team:
    >A Reliable and healthy Center
    >1-2 more High 6", low 7" 240lb+ men that can get through defensive heavy teams (Hornets and Knicks are examples), especially if they need to break into the paint or get Offensive Rebounds.
    >Better shooters or improve the shooters they got, especially at 3FG.

At the moment, the best they will get is Top 6 and probably a 2nd Round Exit depending on who they face (assuming the teams they face are all healthy and the Raptors are as well). They proved they can beat OKC and hold their own against the Celtics and Knicks, but their weaknesses have more often cost them games against the Celtics or the Knicks or ruined completely winnable games (the previous game with the Knicks, Clippers, Wizards, etc.).

Of the team, Ingram, Barnes, Quickley, Mamu and Shead are the best guys at the moment. The rest either have flaws that hurt them, used only in special situations or get hurt at the worst possible times. They should use the trade deadline to solve the worst issues.

  15. 1:56 I'll tell you who else completes plays like this and can probably do so in his sleep… Victor Wembanyama
    👽🐐👽🐐👽

  16. they beat the thunder on their home court without a center
WHEN DO WE STOP SAYING ITS AN EASY SCHEDULE, ITS 50 GAMES INTO THE SEASON
    THE RAPTORS ARE BALLING

  17. 6:40 CMB could be their second best guy, I just need to see him play for more time. In terms of versatile defenders, I think Jamal Shead has been their second best defender. The amount of offensive fouls he draws is unreal. But you could also argue jakobe walter, or Ochai have cases to be the second/third best defenders. They have alot of really good defensive players

  18. i dont know how this vid got in my recommended, i dont even watch basketball at all but holy shit whose court is that on 2:00, that red is atrocious lol

  19. I seen your suns video and I feel you but how in what way is Dillon Brooks "good vibes?? Lol I mean I get it you just mean they get along so, maybe lazy script writing?? 🤷🏾‍♂️
