Battle can shoot
Quickley is deadly if he's catching and shooting, but has no business bringing the ball up the floor. Was surprised to see Battle come in last night and the Raps failure to get him the ball.
I think a lot of us want JBattle to get more mins and attempts! He’s passable on defense and is good at cycling the ball and repositioning! What are we missing?
Let’s hope RJ can get back to early season form!
I would try 3 team trade: Ochai + 2031 lottery protected first to N.O. > Yves M + 2031 Raps second back to Tor. Bucks get Micah Peavy + J Mogbo + 2026 Lakers 2nd. Bucks send Cole Anthony to Toronto.
N.O. Get first plus role 9-11 player that can be signed for savings. Bucks get 2 young depth pieces that can be developed or traded in future. Tor gets young backup more defensive C and can set a screen that we currently don’t have with JP out. Cole is just OK from 3 but can shoot some and help with PG depth where if you wanted to run 2 PG then IQ could get off ball more where he is even better shooter. With a C SB can play less there and have less wear and tear. Same for CMB. This also adds to diversity of play where you could run Yves, Sandro, SB, BI and IQ very long lineup or a Shead, IQ, BI, SB, Yves or Sandro. This just helps with matchups down the stretch and into playoffs.
All teams stay or get under tax.

I really don't undertsand what the front office is doing. There are so many options that would solve many of our problems by improving our shooting & getting us a Center.
I just don't get what the delay is when its obvious to almost everyone what this team needs.
Any of these duos would balance out this roster in terms of both offense & defense.

Do you think Alijah Martin is ready? Are they letting him cook & learn in the G? Are the Raps cooked with that IQ contract that they gotta make it work with him for now & then once he’s moved, Alijah can get PT?

I completely agree. The wolves with size in the paint and rim protection are going to be a very tough game for the Raptors. I would not be on the Raptors to win this one but there's always hope. Cheers!
Well after getting a (literal even just a body) Backup C to play the 5 for 15-30 minutes or Scottie and CMB will be done (cooked) by seasons end, then sure whatever other issues you can address

Aren't the Raptors worst shooting team in the league and they still 4th in the East.
Good thing we have Scottie and his Defense. Well if really want 2 fix your Shooting, First , get rid of your 3 supposedly starters, RJ, IQ and Poeltl. U clear that 90 million of overpriced average players and get some shooting. It's not only shooting they need, pg, 3d defensive player and a Center.
Now if this team had, Jrue Holiday, Herb Jones Day'Ron Sharpe. Probably would need one more Center. This team has played all year without a center and a qualified PG.
It's pathetic.
