Always liked his game, really strong, just needed the full opportunity. His NBA shooting has definitely improved. Playing pro ball at a young age against grown men and being the man in Israel with the pressure has helped him. I think he always had it in him bc he’s such a tough and mentally strong player, seemed liked he would never let himself fail and be a top nba player.

You are all right , this guy is not new for us that know him since 16 age old , what no body talked about deni that is a real winner , he took at 17 and 18 European championship -19 two time back to back equivalent the NCAA march madness tournament and of course was the MVP of the competition. So we are not surprised and if he will able to stay healthy he will probably succeed to take portland to the playoffs, all the contenders should be worried because he will become a beast like the tournament in EU , I will not surprised if they will get to the final western conference
just hope he is fully healthy soon.
