    this frontcourt is going to be insane. all over 6'10, over 7 foot wingspans, and walker kessler can be the handoff hub and protect the rim traditionally with the more mobile jaren jackson as the roamer who helps on drives. Kessler makes up for Jackson's lack of rebounding and suspect passing decisions (to be clear, Lauri isn't a good passer either) but with Kessler you can run some actions with him starting it. Jaren is the best ball handler of the 3, and you can run inverted pick and rolls with him, and he's one of the best off the dribble creators at the 4 spot. He's a mismatch, can drive downhill, score over the top, or pick and pop for a wide open 3 which he hits with good consistency and has elite touch with both hands (he's got a floater and jump hook near the restricted area) and the grizzlies would set a screen at half court and give him space to attack a big downhill and he's got counters. He can spot up as well, and the hope is he gets tougher on the boards and goes to pursue more balls, establishing better post position. Lauri is a versatile shooter off movement who is athletic enough to run the floor and get to his sweet spots. He's not a handler by any means, but he can put it on the deck and attack closeouts, or get into a mid range pull up off of a dribble. He's got vertical pop. Now that he isn't the sole big on the court, he can use his mobility to get deflections and just be a presence. Flare, backdoor, floppy, flex, relocate, whatever action and it's money (defenders can't contest him at 7 foot). He's always needed a rim protector to maximize his potential and he has one now. Both him and jaren need to be better as rebounders but it can happen since sheer size and athleticism can win out. As passers, keyonte george can shoulder the load here, and someone else. And then you have ace off the bench, off ball scorer who struggles to get downhill and draw fouls but he’s got a pull up over the top and can be off screens in the mid range or beyond the arc. He’s had flashes of rim protection and off ball defense but he still gets lost here and there.
