Its crazy how the Grizzlies looked like a team that would be contending for the next decade and 1 upset that wasnt even a huge upset cause it was against Lebron and the Lakers and now they already in rebuild mode.

As a Jazz fan I am so excited they FUCKING DID SOMETHING. Holy shit, I can't believe it. They refused to do anything with Sexton, Collins, or Clarkson. I am curious what this means about WK and his future. I think they did great and traded potential (Clayton Jr.) for a proven asset. Didn't see this coming and I am excited to see what happens next.
I’m so tired of the Utah jazz, like what are they even doing? They’re just constantly recycling players and contracts. I’d be so pissed if I were there Fanbase. Even if the pics aren’t that good I just don’t understand why they would use them here. I would be trying to trade them for better pics or a young players that could be on the team for the next decade. Not a rental who won’t move the needle at all.
What results has Danny Ainge had since he’s been there? Besides shuffling around half the league and constantly making lateral moves…like what is the goal here? Are we trying to win games or just let this dude play with his calculator and a trade simulator ?
And I’m starting to think Jazz fans just like being a bad team with “aspirations”. Because that is what they have been and will be.
It's hard to take the Jazz extremely seriously, but a lineup of Walter Kessler, JJJ, Lauri, Ace Baylor and Keyonte George seems extremely high end on paper. Ace and Keyonte are capable enough as playmakers and scorers, they have one of the best playfinishers in Markkanen and JJJ is a great two-way force, a reliable scorer and top notch defender, with Kessler at center as a shotblocker and rebounder, you really have a tough paint to get through.
If they have some depth with it, which I'm sure of, this is not a bad team anymore and a big talent level upgrade. JJJ is probably an all-star level player, maybe even one of the strongest players not actually named an all-star to begin with.
