  1. After trading Anfernee Simons for Nikola Vučević, Boston solidified the starting center spot but also lost a real source of bench scoring, which changes the team’s needs. Once the Vučević deal is finalized, the Celtics will have a large trade exception that could easily absorb Coby White’s $12.9M salary, and from a basketball standpoint he makes sense if he’s viewed as a sixth-man scorer rather than a starter. With Chicago now holding Simons, Giddey, Ayo Dosunmu, and Mike Conley, they could justify moving Coby to balance their guard rotation, while Boston would be filling the exact hole Simons left by adding instant offense off the bench. The idea works mechanically and on the court the only real question is whether Boston is willing to spend meaningful assets for bench scoring after already committing to Vučević. What do you think ?

  2. Are we as Celtic fans sleeping on Garza and Hugo?!!!, I think so!, I hope vuvicek ball his azz off!!! That 3 point philosophy with the Celtics I'm not comfortable with in the playoffs!!!!, I like vooch and his basketball IQ but I also like Garza and Hugo.

  3. As a North Carolinian I would love to see Colby white with the Celtics. Brown has been playing hurt, am I the only one who sees this?🤷

  4. I love this trade if it’s expanded. To add a young guard, like white or Ayo. Celtics probably will have to give up Boucher and a first round pick but it’s worth it if Tatum comes back and you get two players on expiring contracts.

  5. Vuc fits the meta of joes system perfectly 5 out ball is back !!!

Vuc will give the Celtics on offense what they had with horford and KP definitely makes life easier on JB also cause u can’t double team him anymore love queta but he is a cone on offense offers zero spacing

  6. I said keep Simmons as long as we’ve got Tatum coming back JB playing like MVP and our centers are holding up as they are now I think when you add Tatum I think it’s not a lock certainly not a lot but I think it gives you a finals win opportunity especially if somebody plays out of your mind you know who knows JB might be even better Simmons is just warming up to the team chemistry

  7. Bottom line keeping Simmons give us our best chance to win a championship this season if Tatum is definitely coming back I don’t know who wouldn’t want to see the chemistry between those three regardless of whatever

With JB playing Absolute MVP ball, If Tatum can truly come back he hasn’t been off that long and he will be rested so I say that gives us solid potential for a finals run.

Nothing is guaranteed Prichard is playing out of his mind you don’t know who could get injured by the time next year rolls around the time is now
